Workster partners with a leading German Outsourcing/BPO consultancy which assists businesses in creating positive, interactive, and successful customer interactions using a blend of human touch and technology. Together, we’re looking for a German-speaking Sales Team Leader to join their team in Sofia.
Your Role
- Managing day-to-day operations in a Sales environment, focused on the Telecom industry
- Ensuring consistent quality and productivity
- Coaching, shadowing and employee support
- Driving team members to achieve top-notch sales targets
- Support in process development
- Conducting feedback and conversations with employees
- Monitoring, reporting and analysis of KPIs relevant to the project
Your Qualifications
- C1 German level
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales activities in BPO
- 1+ year experience as a Team Leader, ideally in a sales related program
- Based in Sofia or willing to relocate
- The ability to identify training needs and support program development
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Multitasking and prioritization
- Strong orientation towards results
