    German-speaking Emergency Services Representative

    Workster partners with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard German speaking Emergency Services Representatives to join their team in Amsterdam.

    Your Role

    • Deliver the utmost level of service over the phone to people who find themselves in a state of critical emergency or distress
    • Asses situation and share information with precision
    • Display great attention to detail while handling several communication tools simultaneously
    • Handle cases extremely quickly and diligently, prevent serious consequences

    Your Qualifications

    • C1 in German, both oral and written, Fluent in English (B2)
    • Emergency Services/Dispatcher qualification/experience from 6 months onwards is essential
    • Proven experience in emergency response and/or working in a high-pressure emergency communication center environments would be preferred
    • Emergency dispatcher, Healthcare (Nurse, Doctors…), Military, Firefighter, Police, Flight Dispatcher or Security experience
    • Active tangible experience for more than 6 months regarding emergency situations with customers, especially by phone
    • Demonstrated capacity to liaise with customers punctually is essential
    • Strong assessing skills with the ability share information with precision as well as to display great attention to detail while handling several communication tools simultaneously is essential for this role
    • Prior experience working with a CAD (computer assisted dispatch) application would be considered as a strong advantage
    • Full working proficiency with MS Office is necessary
    • Sound knowledge of laws, protocols and compliance within an emergency services environment is preferable
    • Agility with rotating scheduling which can include days, nights, and weekends as this will be a 24/7 operation with 5 days on and 2 days off per week
    • Holder of a recent in a CPR certification can be an advantage
    • Any prior experience in emergency, fire or police dispatch will be considered as beneficial for this role
    • An ability to work from home about 10% of the time is required
