The Role
We’re seeking fluent German-speaking Sales Executives to join our vacation rental sales team. This part-time role focuses on B2C outreach to vacation rental property owners in the German market, with some B2B opportunities. You’ll connect with prospects, create interest, and qualify leads for our Sales Managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and engage with property owners to promote our vacation rental platform
- Identify needs, generate interest, and prequalify leads
- Update CRM records with accuracy
- Present value propositions and handle objections
- Collaborate to meet performance targets
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent German + excellent English
- Proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or lead generation
- Skilled with CRM tools and MS Office
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven
Schedule (Central Europe Time)
Mon–Fri: 10:00 am–12:00 pm
Mon–Thu: 4:00 pm–6:30 pm
20 hrs/week
