We are seeking a Content Moderator to join our team. The Content Moderator will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure that it meets our community guidelines and standards.
As a Content Moderator, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for our users
What you’ll be doing?
Reviewing content (videos, image, text and audio) in accordance with the processes and policies;
Visually navigate and review text-based comments and user profiles
Moderate and escalate violations of client policies using internal tools
Maintain a high level of quality in each case that you review
Balance priorities of daily workflow tasks in line with client needs
Why you are a good fit ?
Native level of written and verbal communication skills in German
Intermediate level in English
Good computer skills;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
High School Diploma
EU passport/ID or a Portuguese resident card
