    Baron Hotels & Resorts is looking for a German Native speaker & Fluently in English Sales Manager/Assistant Sales Manager at our Resort in Sahl Hasheesh in Egypt with the following Brief

    • holding preferably a degree in sales and minimum of two years post-graduate work experience in a similar position.
    • Good computer skills and a perfect command of English
    • 2-3 years professional experience in sales preferably in hotels
    • Ability to work in a team and independently
    • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Excellent communication and guest/client handling capabilities
    • Positive attitude
    • Ability to use standard software applications and hotel systems

    Must have

    • Knowledge contractual agreements and legal implications
    • Knowledge of sales, marketing, reservations, e-commerce, social media
    • Knowledge of report-writing and developing proposals and presentations
    • Knowledge of reports related to S&M
    • Experience with exhibitions, trade fairs

    Job Duties

    • Implement and execute all sales objectives and action plans to reach and exceed set targets
    • Solicit and serve transient and group business and meetings
    • Ensure that selling strategies are adhered to during negotiations and maximize up selling opportunities whenever possible
    • Ensure comprehensive and up to date knowledge of properties unique selling points, features, amenities, services
    • Formulate corporate offer letters and yearly contracts and any other required business correspondence
    • Provide feedback on changing marketing conditions, including trends in the competition, as a result of direct sales solicitation, telephone and direct mail
    • Conducting site inspections for the B2B clients, including DMC’s, retailers and corporate accounts
    • Organizing and conducting gala dinners with presentations of 3 resort properties for the FAM trips
    • Monitoring and managing tophotels.ru Pro account
    • Taking pictures around the property on a daily basis for the social media, to be submitted to the Marketing Department
    • Updating the price comparison report based on the CIS Market Wholesaler channels for the properties and competition set – Visiting DMC companies on a weekly basis for sales calls
    • Travelling to international workshops, fairs and representing 3 properties at the events
    • Travelling internationally for sales calls whenever required
    • Conducting online webinars and presentations for travel professionals
    • Communication with international retailers
    • Preparing agency performance reports on a weekly basis
