    Responsibilities
    – Providing a high-quality level of support ensuring customers satisfaction and handling of all general inquiries
    – Assisting the customers through Email, Online Chats & Telephone

    Tasks
    – Ensuring our customers are happy
    – Work in a fast-paced environment
    – Taking on board feedback, learning and constantly enhancing your already great skills
    – Working independently and being trusted to make decisions to improve customer satisfaction and team results
    – Strong communication skills as well as solution focuses
    – Be a great team player

    Requirements
    – Excellent level of German written and spoken + good level of English
    – You thrive at multi-tasking
    – You have experience and a passion in dealing with customers
    – Positive attitude
    – Fast learner
