    About BMAT

    BMAT started in 2005 when a group of engineers with a passion for music decided to spin-off from an audio research lab in Barcelona. The company started with an idea – to index all the music in the world – and a mission – to better the music eco-system – and a team of nerds eager to learn how to build a successful business. Today the company has grown to more than a hundred people – spread across Barcelona, Buenos Aires, Lima, São Paulo, London, Paris, Oslo, Tel-Aviv, Johannesburg, Singapore, Tokyo and Seoul – that team up to deliver daily 1 million identifications and 3 billion matches to our partners from all over the music industry.

    Job Summary

    You will be part of the TV&AV Operations team, working to ensure high-quality services to our Clients.  You will be particularly involved in a major project with a German client. We are looking for an enthusiastic, problem-solving person, who’s rapidly able to understand technical processes and inconsistencies and find solutions together with the rest of the team.

    Main tasks involve providing support to our products/services, learning to understand customer’s needs and helping guarantee the quality of the services provided.

    What You Will Be Doing

    Maintaining high customer satisfaction by managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries. Filtering tickets and assigning them to the right team.
    Securing quality over the services and data offered to our customers (data report generation,   quality assurance and deliveries accomplishment).
    Rapidly identifying operational incidences or technical bugs arising and reporting them to the team to look for solutions.

    Languages

    Native German and fluent English.  Spanish is a plus.
