    Job Description

    Brandwatch has a dedicated Onboarding Team to help our customers take their first steps in the platform. We have the responsibility of setting customers up for success through effective and tailored coaching and consultation.

    We’re looking for a German speaker to join our EMEA team as an Onboarding Specialist looking after both English and German-speaking customers.

    You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with household brands and beyond as you design and implement engaging onboarding plans. As part of the onboarding team, you’ll join a collaborative, caring, smart, diverse and ambitious group of professionals working together to improve the adoption and retention of our customers. If you’re passionate about getting customers value, love getting stuck into problems and in your element presenting new ideas, giving advice and suggestions we would love to hear from you.

    We need you to:

    • Enjoy getting to grips with our customer’s requirements, plan for and help them achieve their business goals.
    • Deliver personalised, engaging and participatory coaching sessions over Zoom that empower our customers to answer their own questions.
    • Consult, giving best practices, suggestions and advice using your own experience and knowledge of our platform.
    • Be comfortable managing and prioritising multiple customer engagements within set timelines.
      You need to have:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
      Passionate about helping customers achieve their goals.
    • 2+ years experience in software onboarding or consultative roles.
    • A growth mindset and be ready to learn about our platform and boolean.
