    My client, an exciting American company just entering the EU market, is hiring for their new teams in Ireland/Cork (ring ring, this sounds to me like career growth potential!). They are looking for German Tech Support Engineers РLevel 1 or Level 2 who can work in a hybrid model in the office in Cork (honestly, the first 2 months of the job Рtrainings, onboarding, etc Рare in the office in Cork, after you only have to come to the office 1x per week!), and they are offering you around 47-60K per year (depending on experience)!

     

    This is what the job looks like:

    💭¬†You’ll be covering the DACH public sector (B2B) & doing First or Second Level Support (depending on your Tech experience).

    What do I need from you?

    That you speak German on a native level, as well as fluent English!
    That you have 1-2 years‘ experience in Level 1 or Level 2 Tech Support! It would be beneficial to have knowledge in some of the following IT subjects: Application support, HW troubleshooting, Cloud knowledge, RAID, Block vs file, TCP/UDP, File systems – of course, the more the merrier!
    That you want to live & work in/around Cork City!
