    Talent Acquisition Specialist to identify and attract talent and support the company’s growth with focus on corporate/business roles as well as executives hires

    In this role you will:

    • Identify and source high quality candidates through a variety of channels.
    • Take care of business/corporate hires, including executive level.
    • Manage the entire life cycle of recruiting from lead generation through direct sourcing, interviewing and hiring.
    • Provide an efficient, high-touch experience for all candidates throughout the key stages of their application, offer and pre-employment.
    • Work with hiring managers to develop effective job descriptions that accurately explain functions and qualifications for individual roles, as well as define the target candidate profile.
    • Manage the existing pipeline of candidates and identify future opportunities for growth.

    Requirements

    • Previous business & executive recruitment experience, preferably in-house.
    • Fluent in German and English.
