    We are a team of Video Editors, Content Strategists, Community Managers, and Copy Checkers responsible for running the most modern and innovative pages on social networks.     Your Role

    The Operations Lead will ensure that the social media channels of our British, German and Dutch Content Creators are launched and run for optimum performance & maximum revenue. You are responsible for creating an open line of communication between the Operations teams and the British, German & Dutch Creator-facing teams.This is your opportunity to use your background in digital media production to coordinate an agile team of people from different crews (Editors, Content Strategists, Community Managers, User Acquisition Managers, and IP specialists).

    Candidate can be located in either the UK, Germany or the Netherlands

    You will pay close attention to metrics, like:

    • Cost per video
    • Time-to-launch new creator
    • Time-to-scale a new creator to >300K followers
    • Time-to-deliver an edit
    • Average retention rates of videos per platform
    • Monetizable views per video

    You will design and implement value-added processes in the local market and serve as an expert in the management of British and Irishsocial media channels. We have a Global Operating Model to guide you, but it is ultimately up to you to adapt it to the current market in your country. You will have a working relationship with the Global VP of Operations and Development and the COO’s team to ensure consistency on an international level and to share best practices.

    What you will be responsible for

    • Facilitating collaboration and supervising people from different crews (Editors, Content Strategists, Community Managers, User Acquisition Managers and IP Specialists) in charge of end-to-end operations for British, German & Dutch Creators: video selection, editing, posting, boosting, community management, …
    • Getting insights into the team’s workflow and making sure everyone is on the same page when it comes to objectives and deadlines.
      Mapping out and updating operational processes and reshuffling teams as necessary in a fast-changing environment
    • Playing an active role in the worldwide Operations community, collaborating with other Operational Country Leads and with the Global VP of Operations and Development
      Being a positive proactive team player who motivates their crew to deliver best-in-class performance for our British and Irish Creators
      Finding solutions and being the point of contact for our British, German & Dutch Creator-facing teams
    • Identifying new processes, tools, and workflows to improve team performance
    • Staying on top of trends and working to apply them when relevant


    • Passionate about social media with experience in video editing
    • 5+ years of experience at a media company
    • Good knowledge of the major social media networks (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat & YouTube)
    • Passionate about Content Creators and eager to innovate in the social media sector
    • Excellent analytical skills: ability glean valuable insight from analyses, drive strategic decisions
    • Ability to work with an international team based in different locations – and with very diverse backgrounds
    • Highly organized and able to manage multiple Creators at once
    • Fluent in English and German (or Dutch) with strong writing skills and attention to grammatical detail
    • Experience with scaling up is a plus: proven capacity to work in a fast-growing matrix organization
    • Have a degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a relevant field
