    Role: Customer service specialist – DACH (German-speaking desk)

    Location: Dublin

    The role is REMOTE based during the Covid19 pandemic.

    Salary: DOE (up to €35K p/a)

    Work hrs: Monday – Friday or Sunday – Thursday

    Requirements:

    • Fluent German and English
    • Previous customer service experience
    • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
    • Appropriate remote work set-up with high-speed internet connection (while working remotely)

    Responsibilities:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with company clients
    • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times
    • Responding promptly to customer inquiries
    • Communicating with customers through various channels (email, phone, chat)
    • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
    • Follow up to ensure resolution
    • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
    • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
