Your profile:
3+ years marine work experience
Skipper’s & powerboat licence
Technical know-how (engines, electrical, yacht systems)
Fluent English + German or Croatian
Hands-on, team-oriented, service-minded

Oversee base operations & fleet management
Yacht maintenance & commissioning
Supervise and train team members
Charter check-in / check-out coordination
Your profile:
3+ years in yacht/marine industry
Skipper’s & powerboat licence
2000+ nm sailing experience
Strong leadership & communication skills
Fluent English + another language (Croatian/German preferred)
