    German Speaking Customer Support Advisor – Greece (remote)

    Position: Customer Support Advisor

    Location: Work from home/remote, Greece

    Employment type: Full-time

    Remuneration: Base salary 15,000€ (annually/gross) + performance bonus

     

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Handle all incoming contacts from customers of a banking company through various channels (phone, email and chat)
    Develop your knowledge continuously to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issues
    Use adequate tools, processes and/or methods to ensure the provision of accurate, valid, and complete information
    Make sure that great levels of client service is delivered at all times and ensure a positive experience.

     

    REQUIREMENTS:

    C2 level of German and B1 English, both spoken and written
    Passionate about customers and customer service
    Problem-solving skills
    Stable internet connection
    Upbeat and positive attitude
    Ability to identify, apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity.
