    Job details:

    Customer support positions, to assist customers of renowned companies

    Requirements:

    Have a C1/C2 level in German  and a B2 English level minimum
    No previous experience in customer support is required

    What you will do:

    Communicate with customers (by multiple channels)
    Assist customers with product functionalities, technical problems, among others.

    What you will be offered:
