Our collaborator is a technology company specialized in connected services for motorcycles. Through innovative IoT devices and software platforms, they help riders, fleets, and motorcycle manufacturers improve safety, connectivity, and vehicle management. With a strong mission to improve rider safety through technology and to digitalize the two-wheel industry, they are currently expanding across several European markets, with a growing focus on Central and Northern Europe.
Tasks
Support the market entry strategy for Central European countries, especially German-speaking markets
Assist in the development of commercial and marketing strategies for new markets
Manage the first contact with potential partners and clients, such as dealers, distributors, and fleets
Support business development initiatives and identify new partnership opportunities
Collaborate in the definition of communication strategies adapted to each market
Identify and manage relationships with influencers and local partners
Assist in the launch of new business lines and market initiatives
Conduct market research and competitive analysis in the motorcycle sector
Requirements
Fluent in German, English, and Spanish
Interest in international business, startups, and market expansion
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive attitude and ability to work in a dynamic environment
Analytical mindset and structured thinking
Previous experience in customer contact, sales, or partnerships is a plus
Interest in mobility, motorcycles, or tech products is a plus
Experience in international environments or multicultural teams is a plus
