You will be part of an extremely driven remote N26 team in awesome Greece!     As a Customer Support you will:
    • Support for authorities/commercial entities – you will be the frontline of our N26 bank to the German speaking market
    • Back-office agents will be handling inbound tickets, coming from various authorities/commercial entities in regard to the end customer’s product
    • Handling Garnishments: you will check the customer’s account and proceed the appropriate actions based on the bank processes
    • Handling repealing Letters, Change of Claims and Payouts: you will check the customer’s account and proceed the appropriate actions based on the bank processes wether the customer has other outstanding actions on their accounts
    • Handling chargebacks: you will check the customer account and react accordingly to the situation. You can request additional information of directly escalate to the appropriate department.
    • In any case you will take care to walk customers through the complex procedures from start to finish and inform the client about his/her situation to make sure that the client was cared for with the proper care.

    What do we expect:
    • Fluency in German (min. C2 level – native)
    • Very good English skills (min. B2/C1)
    • You are located in Greece (including Islands) or you are ready to relocate
    • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
    • We do NOT require previous experience, we will teach you everything
    • If you have experience in banking customer service of you are active banking application user is your big plus, but it’s not mandatory!

    • Full time, fixed-term Greek 12-months employment contract in accordance with Greek labor law
    • Competitive monthly salary: 1300€ gross+ 2 additional salaries per year + up to 10% performance bonus (In total on average from 1516€ to 1646€ gross per month)
