We are looking for reinforcements in the form of German-speaking employees for our team in Lisbon/Portugal. We are looking for you, entrusted with the support of our customers.
As a Customer Support you will:
- assist users with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues via phone/email/chat/social/social messaging channels (as assigned)
- adapt the brand’s voice and tone for interactions on both private (phone/email/chat/messaging channels) and public (social, forums, ecommerce reviews) channels
- Respond appropriately to customer escalations and escalate issues and customers to higher tiers of support as defined and documented Respond to inbound customer requests , document relevant case information
What do we expect?
- You speak native German
- You speak English – at least B2 level
- You are ready to move to Lisbon or already live there
- You are customer-oriented and enjoy interacting with people
What do we offer?
- Possible start: 13.07 & 27.07
- Signing bonus: 3000€ (extra 750€ paid after 3, 6, 9 and 12 months)
- Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance) – you have a total of €1200 – €1450 gross x12 months:
- 1200€ gross x 12 months or 1000€ gross x 14 months,
- up to 100€ gross performance bonus,
- up to 250€ gross complexity bonus
- 7,23€ NET/day meal voucher
- Work in the company office in Lisbon-Oriente: Monday to Sunday 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m (40h per week) with 2 rotating days off
- Fixed term, full time employment contract: 3 months trial period and after that it will be extended for a Permanent Contract (according to the Portuguese law)
