    The Role 


    A key driver behind Roomex expansion is our ability to grow and retain our customer base by building long term relationship. Within the Roomex Customer Success team the Account Manager is responsible for growing and maintaining these relationships within a portfolio of accounts. Your core focus will be to identify growth opportunities within these accounts and become a trusted advisor for your clients. You will identify ways to increase engagement & adoption on the Roomex platform to enable you to drive this growth and ensure the retention of your customers. Understanding your customer in-depth and maintaining an ongoing relationship with them is key to the success of this role.



    Responsibility for delivering on set revenue targets within your assigned portfolio of accounts

    Work closely with our German Sales team to become familiar with new acquired customers

    Responsibility for delivering strategic direction for customers to maximize the value they receive from the Roomex platform.

    Become the main point of contact for your customers, building a solid relationship to ensure the retention and growth of your portfolio

    Creation and delivering on engagement plans for each of your customers

    Work closely with our On-Boarding & Marketing team to identify opportunities to increase product penetration & adoption within your book of business

    Implement and educate all users on new product launches & initiatives to ensure full adoption and penetration of the Roomex platform

    Responsible for monthly reporting of performance against set KPIs for your client portfolio.



    Sales Skills

    Minimum of 2 years Account Management experience

    Proven success in retaining & growing a portfolio of clients


    Is influential and builds effective links with key management both internally and with the customer.

    Data Analysis and Decision Making

    Proactive, highly self-motivated and results oriented

    Good prioritisation & time management skills

    Strong MS Office & CRM management – High attention to detail on all activities.

    Can work with peer teams and other functions across the business to get the right results

    Bi-lingual proficiency in German & English is required


    This role is based in our Dublin office with flexible remote working available
