Reception and Customer relationship management position:
Tasks:
As a Reception and Customer relationship management member of a hostel, you will have to get involved in many different tasks, whilst remaining positive and keeping a smile on your face when dealing with customers.
– Check-in and Check out
– Invoices and administrative tasks
– Customer services online (comments in social media, emails…)
– Improve the quality services and customers reviews
Requirements:
– Fluent in English and Spanish
– Able to provide a training agreement
– Studies related
– Drivers license
TRAINING AGREEMENT provided in application signed by your educational institution.
Conditions:
– 25hrs/week (17:00 a 22:00)
– 200€ monthly
– Location: Granada
