Our collaborator is delighted to share an opportunity for a talented and passionate front desk trainee to join their team for the 2024 season.
The resort is a 750 acre private estate hidden away in the hills and valleys of Tuscany whose ethos is a commitment to slow food, slow living and sustainable organic farming. On a peaceful hilltop in the heart of Tuscany you will find elegantly curated accommodations, Michelin star dining, and a variety of healthy experiences.
Our client is flexible with start and end dates, but candidates must be able to fulfil a minimum of 5 months.
Your tasks will include:
– Gain an insight into the day to day Front and Back Office operations of a Luxury hotel in Tuscany.
– Interact with international clientele and wedding destination from around the world.
– Adapt to various shifts as required.
Requirements:
– Strong customer oriented attitude.
– Good communication skills.
– A Pro-active problem solver.
– Strong motivation and desire to learn.
– Well presented
– Hands-on approach
– Excellent written and spoken English and fair Italian language skill would be desirable.

Conditions:
