    You will be working from home and from our office in Poblenou on a hybrid model, M-T: 09:00 to 18:00hs and F: 09:00 to 17:00hs

    What is your mission?

    As an Online Media Account Manager with German you will manage relationships with our client’s customers serving as a trusted advisor and consultant. As an Online Media Account Manager you will leverage your knowledge of online media, superior communication, relationship-building skills, and analytical abilities to provide consultative support to help customers execute against their objectives using our client’s media products. As an Online Media Account Manager with German you are a nimble player who is well-organized and comfortable managing multiple client requests at once.

    Build strong relationships with customers by providing best-in-class customer experience identifying opportunities to improve their performance
    Partner with different departments to troubleshoot campaign issues flagged by assigned customers
    Advise on media creative, content quality and development, and campaign optimization to maximize performance and delivery
    Support customer communication and education including a best-in-class onboarding experience and ad hoc education needs
    Ability to troubleshoot client issues that arise from using self-serve products
    Help drive the activation of customers’ media solution to ensure complete utilization
    What are we looking for?

    Written and oral fluency in English and German
    2+ years of client-facing experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or media
    Excellent communication, organizational, and client-service skills
    Ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
    Able to work in a fast-paced environment
