    As a Partner technical solutions consultant with German and English, you will be a part of a great team and all together will:

    • Assist partners with general inquiries, product support, and troubleshooting via the ticketing system and regular outbound calls
    • Deliver outstanding partner service
    • Achieve great customer experience and satisfaction
    • Identify and understand partner needs v
    • Work as a trusted point of contact for partners

    As a candidate, you do not need to have experience in a similar role but you should be fluent in German and English and able to demonstrate a high level of ownership, a keen interest in technologies, and excellent communication skills.
