    They are looking for a vibrant and outgoing individual to join their team as a Receptionist Intern at their party social hostel in Barcelona.

    As a Receptionist Intern, you will support the reception team and be the first point of contact for guests. Your main responsibilities include:

    Providing exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests.
    Greet guests and provide a warm and friendly welcome upon arrival.
    Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
    Assist guests with inquiries, providing information about the hostel, local attractions, and events.
    Manage reservations and room assignments, ensuring efficient allocation of available rooms.
    Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including the display of promotional materials and brochures.
    Process payments and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.

    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
    Able to provide a training agreement from your educational institution.
    Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
    Friendly and outgoing personality, with a genuine passion for interacting with people from diverse backgrounds.
