We believe in ownership and trust where you will drive your recruiting projects from end to end. You are the main partner of your stakeholders, answering their talent market questions, in the field of interviewing and assessing the best talent in the market. You will get the chance to exchange some best practices with our broader Talent Acquisition team, especially around Employer Branding and Talent Attraction.     Your playing field:

    Attract, assess, and hire only the right talent that can be their best selves at Tipico.
    Be our internal headhunter. You know the best channels and strategies to find and connect with the best talent in the market.
    Own and drive the full recruitment lifecycle for all your open roles – You own it, you run it!
    Stay connected with the recruitment market and social media to place your ads where they will attract the best talent and be ahead of the others – Approach your candidates directly.
    Manage your stakeholders from the very first position briefing, over the interviews and assessments to the contract offer – Let’s make this your game!
    Stay in touch with your internal Talent Acquisition team across different locations to exchange best practices and ideas, we never stop learning.
    Work closely with external partners and agencies to keep your pipelines filled but also to reach out to a broader group of talented candidates.
    Share your ideas and help us developing the best Talent Acquisition process and practices across the group – We are here to innovate.

    Qualifications
    Which skills should you bring to the pitch:

    Qualification: You have a university degree or comparable qualifications
    Experienced recruiter:  At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or Talent Acquisition in an international environment. You have a natural talent in reading people’s personalities and professional experience in assessing candidates against the company culture
    Sourcing skills: You have gained your sourcing skills working in a recruitment agency or as a sourcer in an in-house team
    Strong communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills – You know how to manage stakeholders and partners but also how to present the company and to sell the role.
    Project Management: Good project management and organizational skills – You are used to managing your candidate pipelines and projects like a pro
    Languages.  Fluent in German is mandatory.  As the #1 in Germany, German is in our DNA. Professional language skills are indispensable, as well in the communication with partners as with candidates
    Good knowledge of the English language.  Our team consists of more than 40 different nationalities working together to achieve Tipico’s mission. English is the way we communicate within the company.
