A leading global player in Digital Transformation and Customer service is looking to strengthen their German-speaking operations for a major international telecommunications player. We are now hiring actively for their work from home Team in Bulgaria.
Your Tasks
- Answer customer’s calls on typical inbound queries such as account & billing or upgrades to their services or other difficulties
- Solve the client concern in the most polite and effective way possible
- Once the customer is satisfied with your solution, your goal is to cross or up-sell additional services or products
- Earn incredible sales commissions based on your performance
Your Qualifications
- Based anywhere in Bulgaria, or willing to relocate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (C1)
- Previous CS or Sales experience, ideally in a BPO setting
- Stress-resistant and target-oriented
- Able to work in a team-player environment
