Workster is collaborating with one of the worldwide leading BPO companies for their key location in Bulgaria. We are looking to strengthen their German-speaking Operation with Technical Support Advisors for a giant American software company. This is a hybrid role based in Sofia.
Your Role
- Support the software installation and deployment activities for license users across Microsoft Windows and Apple MAC operating systems;
- Support the how to and technical questions from Customer for entire range of client products serviced in the queue;
- Utilize voice, e-mail and chat channels for customer assistance
- Resolve known Customer issues through the use of a knowledgebase, direct use of product and operating systems, product user guides, and other reference materials that may be available.
- Functional understanding of different operating systems and platforms
Your Qualifications
- Fluent German (B2+) and English (B2) skills
- Ability to attend 12 weeks of training + nesting from the office in Sofia, after which the role is hybrid
- Very good computer skills with daily usage of main tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solver and Team Player
