    We’re hiring on behalf of our client, a global market leader in flexible and hybrid workspace solutions. They partner with some of the world’s largest organisations to help them rethink how, where, and why their people work.

    Now, they’re looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager to drive growth across Germany.

    What you’ll be doing

    • Proactively win new enterprise clients through outreach, networking, and strategic selling
    • Own the full sales cycle across national and international opportunities
    • Build trusted relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers
    • Develop account strategies to grow and expand enterprise customers
    • Collaborate with brokers and real estate advisors to extend market reach
    • Partner closely with internal teams to deliver seamless, tailored solutions
    • Maintain a strong, well-managed pipeline and forecast

     

    What they’re looking for

    • Proven experience in enterprise B2B solution sales
    • Comfortable managing long-cycle, high-value deals
    • Confident engaging senior stakeholders and influencing complex decisions
    • Strong commercial mindset with a track record of closing
    • Experience working in international, matrixed organisations
    • Fluent German (essential) and strong English
    • Based in, or close to, a major German city near one of the client’s offices (e.g. Berlin, Munich, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Düsseldorf)
